Returns & Refunds

To complete your return, we require you to notify us through email to ensure eligibility with a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

You would incur any return shipping fees.

NOTE: To ensure safety and strict hygiene measures, gel polishes cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect ordering on your behalf. All orders receive a confirmation email straight away when a purchase is made, which we highly recommend you double check (please check your spam emails if you do not receive it). All gel polishes which are accepted for return will be weighed upon return to they have not been used.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a number of days.

Sale items or those purchased using a discount code cannot be refunded or returned.
